A community of professionals brought together by the love of the beautiful game
The idea of this community is to bring together a group of capable and driven individuals, and to give them a platform for them to offer their skills to the public. We want to make important footballing tools more accessible to all.
We want to offer anybody interested the option of learning something new, of getting an opportunity that is otherwise hard to find, of working on a project that they have been thinking about starting but don't quite know how to do it, or just to offer someone who loves football a new experience with the sport they love.
Our team is formed by current and ex footballers, coaches, fans, reporters, and licensed professionals. We all made our own way, traveled different countries, lived unique experiences, tackled a variety of adversities, but were brought together by football. Now we are here to give our grain of sand. Together.
Our Story
If the world is small, then the footballing world is even smaller. Anybody that has worked in football in any capacity and at any level, has at times felt that the footballing world is a small community where you are bound to keep bumping into certain people over and over again as you continue in the journey that is your career.
Eventually you get to meet and know a lot of people working in and around football, but it can still feel at times that it is difficult to find people that you can trust. It can feel difficult to find people that are in the sport for the right reasons. It can be difficult to find skilled people to help you as you navigate the often unforgiving world of football. So when you meet trustworthy, well-intentioned, and skilled people... well, you know you have to stay around them, and do what you can to help each other.
I am Alberto A. Larrea, and I was a football agent from 2018 to 2024. This is the community I am trying to create, where all the best people that I met working in football help others to improve and to advance their careers. This is where we work together to help each other. This is where you can come if you need a hand to get to where you want to get. This is AAL.
